Premo’s cladding design and scheduling service includes unitised façades, curtain walling, balconies, balustrades, brise soleil, louvre walls, window and door design and draughting.  We provide our customers with a full design service, liaising directly with the architect and the principal contractor on your behalf.

Our design team have accumulated over 65 years of design experience working on a variety of high profile envelope projects across the United Kingdom and are highly qualified with respect to fenestration design, engineering and manufacture of many external envelope products.  Most of our design staff hold degree level or higher level BTEC and NVQ level 4 qualifications in engineering and management subjects as well as industry specific qualifications from the CWCT and from system suppliers for design and the use of software such as Autocad, Revit, Solidworks, Inventor Schucal and Logikal.

All of our design staff have worked within ISO9001 management systems for most of their careers so are highly proficient with document control procedures, building regulations and design standards.

Working over the past 20 years for some of the country’s top fenestration and cladding companies, our design staff have gained a significant amount of experience in a full range of products for a number of nationally recognized prestigious projects & clients, in the process obtaining extensive knowledge of curtain walling and rainscreen systems to include Schueco, Kawneer and Aluprof.

Working with the latest versions of AutoCad, Solid Works and Logikal, our design team can confidently take on building envelope projects and produce a full range of drawings, well thought out and designed to your requirements and specification.  And they are able to fully engage all interested parties to enable the successful, on time completion of your curtain wall, window and rain screen cladding project.
